Thank you for supporting Artisan Amulets! Because every keyring, phone charm, and beaded accessory is carefully handcrafted to order, we have specific timelines to ensure your item is perfect before it heads your way.

Please read through our shipping details below:

1. Processing Time (Making Your Order)
Standard Items: Orders are typically made and packaged within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Custom & Personalised Items: If you have ordered a bespoke piece (such as a custom-name charm), please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be meticulously crafted.

Note: "Processing time" is the time it takes to create your item before it is handed over to the courier, not the final delivery time.

2. Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders from the UK via Royal Mail. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not strictly guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmations
Once your beautiful order has been carefully wrapped and shipped, you will automatically receive a dispatch notification. If you selected a tracked shipping service at checkout, your tracking number will be included in this notification so you can follow its journey.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! We ship directly to the exact address provided. If you notice a mistake, please message us immediately. Once an item has been marked as shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery details or redirect the package.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
While packages rarely go missing, delays can occasionally happen within the postal network.

UK Orders: Royal Mail does not consider an item officially "lost" until 10 business days have passed from the expected delivery date.

🛍️ Refund & Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.

1. Returns & Exchanges
The 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item, and an additional 6 days to post it back to us.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (including any backing cards or gift pouches).

Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their custom or hygiene nature:

Customised & Personalised Orders: Any items made with specific custom names, initials, or bespoke colour requests (such as personalized "DAD" charms or custom-name bracelets) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Earrings: (If applicable in the future) For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in securely packaging our handcrafted pieces, but if your item arrives damaged or breaks due to a making fault within your first 7 days, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will happily send out a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
