Handmade Squirrel Chopping Board in British Oak

At approximately 30cm long, this squirrel-shaped cutting board is a useful size for everyday kitchen preparation, serving bread, cheese and snacks, or taking outside for a barbecue. And, unlike most chopping boards, it has a head and a tail.

The squirrel’s tail even makes a handy place for a cup of tea, a piece of cheese or a few grapes.

Sustainable solid hardwood

We carefully hand-select our timber for both its appearance and performance. The board is made from 100% sustainable European hardwood, chosen to provide a durable, hard-wearing cutting surface that looks beautiful in the kitchen.

The natural character of the oak wood makes every squirrel board unique. Matching stands are also available, made from solid Oak with Beech dowels, giving you an attractive way to display your squirrel chopping board when it’s not being used.

Food-safe, natural finish

This is an entirely natural wooden chopping board. We don’t use plastics or lacquers.

The board is assembled using premium water-safe, food-contact-approved adhesive and treated with food-safe, vegan-safe mineral oil, before being finished with citrus oil for a rich colour and a subtle orange scent.

The result is a beautiful wooden squirrel chopping board that’s made to be used and enjoyed for years.
