How to Manage Orders on The Crafters Barn

Managing orders on The Crafters Barn is simple. Here’s how:

Step 1: Access Your Orders

  • Go to Dashboard > Orders.
  • You’ll see a list of all orders with order number, date, customer, total, and status.

Step 2: View Order Details

  • Click the order number to open it.
  • Check purchased items, billing/shipping addresses, and payment status.

Step 3: Update the Order Status

  • Pending Payment → Wait for payment before dispatch.
  • Processing → Payment confirmed, prepare to ship.
  • Completed → Mark once the order has been shipped.
  • Add a tracking number if available (customers will be notified).

Step 4: Communicate if Needed

  • If you need to update the customer, you can message them from the order page.
