Managing orders on The Crafters Barn is simple. Here’s how:
Step 1: Access Your Orders
- Go to Dashboard > Orders.
- You’ll see a list of all orders with order number, date, customer, total, and status.
Step 2: View Order Details
- Click the order number to open it.
- Check purchased items, billing/shipping addresses, and payment status.
Step 3: Update the Order Status
- Pending Payment → Wait for payment before dispatch.
- Processing → Payment confirmed, prepare to ship.
- Completed → Mark once the order has been shipped.
- Add a tracking number if available (customers will be notified).
Step 4: Communicate if Needed
- If you need to update the customer, you can message them from the order page.
