• This candle is not edible — keep away from children and pets. • Always burn on a stable, heat‑resistant surface. • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. • Never leave a burning candle unattended. • Keep away from drafts, flammable materials, and direct sunlight. • Allow the wax to fully melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. • Stop use when 1cm of wax remains. • Jar may become hot during use — handle with care. • If the glass container is not reused, please dispose of the remaining contents and container at an approved waste‑disposal site in accordance with local regulations. • CLP‑compliant and labelled with full safety information.

• Used candles

• Custom or personalised items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper burning

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the item and packaging

I’ll happily offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, I accept unused, unopened candles returned within 14 days.

Buyers are responsible for return postage, and refunds are issued once the item is received in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
