If you received a Damaged Product or Incorrect Item please contact us immediately with pictures (within 7 days). We will resend the order.

If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we can check the tracking for you. If the order is lost, we will resend the order.

If you ordered in error, you must contact us (within 24 hours) before the order is sent for a refund or to request a change of product. If the product has already been sent, you can return at your expense for a refund.

Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

* Custom-made or personalised items

* Perishable goods.

* Items that have been used or opened (unless faulty).

We will provide instructions on how to return the item, if necessary. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned, and the seller has confirmed the issue.
