CHRISTMAS DRESS

I am wearing a 100% cotton dress with a pattern of tiny red and green checks. The bodice and skirt are self-lined. The back is secured with four poppers, and each is topped with a small red heart-shaped decorative button.

RIDING HAT

My riding hat was handcrafted, using traditional millinery methods. The crown and brim are both made of a stiffened buckram base, covered with a layer of wool wadding, then covered with dark green 100% merino felt fabric. This process ensures the hat holds its shape perfectly and remains a long-lasting, high-quality piece of headwear. A dark green velvet ribbon wraps around the base of the crown. The inside is lined with the same fabric as my dress, and finished with two rows of narrow red braid for a bespoke touch. The brim is wired and edged with a red millinery velvet ribbon, and features a matching embellishment at the back. My lovely hat is adorned with a dark green dotted veil, along with three small red poinsettias, two holly leaves and sprigs of berries, and a non-edible miniature candy cane.

ACCESSORIES

I am wearing a scarf made of gold dust coloured short pile faux fur fabric, lined to match my dress. The front is secured with a popper, embellished with a handmade satin ribbon in a shade of gold. 

The handbag coordinates with my hat, adding a touch of whimsy. It is finished with a red blanket stitch and features a red heart-shaped button at the front.

The listing is for the soft toy squirrel and her ensemble; all other items in the photographs are props and are not for sale. The squirrel has a CE label.
