The inspiration behind my work comes from a deeply personal place. After experiencing a pension scam that led to a mental breakdown, I found therapy through woodworking, which has proven to be immensely beneficial for me.
I have a particular piece in mind that I believe encapsulates my journey. It is an 8″ x 8″ artwork made from reclaimed building materials. The design features rings of wood flowing in different directions, symbolizing my struggle with the pension scam and my path toward starting over.
