• My sewn baby clothes will have a sewn in label containing fibre content, washing instructions and keep away from fire warning.
• My hand knitted items will have a tag with fibre content, washing instructions and a keep away from fire warning.
• I commit to deliver products in a timely manner as stated in my listing.
• I will handle any customer service enquires, returns and disputes promptly and professionally.
