By placing an order with The Molten Wax Pot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About My Products
All candles are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, scent strength, or appearance may occur — this is part of the handmade process. Product photos are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final item.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within the processing time stated on each product listing. If there is ever a delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct, as I cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier services.
4. Returns & Exchanges
If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos within 48 hours of delivery. I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
7. Safety Information
All candles are supplied with CLP‑compliant labelling and safety instructions. Please follow all safety guidance when burning your candle. I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unsafe burning practices.
8. Privacy
