1. General

Thank you for supporting my small handmade business. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Handmade Products

All items are handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, finish, or pattern may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not considered defects.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include standard UK postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is made (where applicable) and dispatched.

5. Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services or circumstances beyond my control.

Once your order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The damaged item.
• The packaging.
• Any visible damage to the parcel.

Where appropriate, I will offer a replacement or refund.

I do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer.
• Minor variations that are typical of handmade items.

7. Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I will work with the delivery service to investigate before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Product Care

Please follow any care instructions provided with your purchase. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered by these terms.

9. Personalised or Custom Orders

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

10. Product Images

I make every effort to ensure product photographs accurately represent each item. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about your purchase. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, with the delivery service).
